ABOUT ELLE
Born on one island and living on another, Elle has spent her entire life by the sea and surrounded by the inspiration of the coastal natural world.
Originally from St. Simons Island, Ga, she now calls Key West her home and is where she operates her studio.
Formally trained in studio arts, Elle graduated with her BFA from Flagler College with an emphasis in sculpture, painting, and illustration. After completing her degree, she then went on to receive her Accredited Jewelry Professional Certification from the Gemological Institute of America and her Pearl Specialist Certification from the Cultured Pearl Association of America.
As a multi-disciplinary artist, Elle spends her time moving in between her mediums, creating both fine jewelry and objects of art.
With a passion for history, mythology, & folklore, Elle is constantly finding inspiration from cultural artifacts, collected natural treasures, and finds from her travels. Elle’s work is characterized by its sculptural beauty and refined aesthetic. With every piece, she strives to tell a story – be it a tale of the past, an ode to Mother Earth, or an object of emotion that symbolizes our hopes and dreams. But above all, each work of art is a memory in itself.
